Module name: hp8647a
Description: Former Hewlett-Packard (now Keysight) RF synthesizer HP8647A with support for output level normalization via frequency/amplitude table files. For safety reasons only output attenuations below -5 dB are allowed - change the configuration file to allow higher output levels.
Frequency range is 250 kHz to 1 GHz, attenuation range -136 dB to 3 dB in 0.1 dB steps.
Controlled via: GPIB bus (IEEE 488).
In the GPIB configuration file use "HP8647A" as the device name,
'\n' or 0xa as the EOS character and set set-reos,
