B.42 Oxford Instruments Temperature Controller ITC503
Module name: itc503
Description: Oxford Instruments ITC503 temperature controller. Currently only temperature measurements are supported.
Controlled via: GPIB bus (IEEE 488).
In the GPIB configuration file use "ITC503" as the device name,
'\r' or 0xd as the EOS character, set set-reos to
yes and both set-xeos and set-bin to no.
Status: Tested for functions that measure the temperature, untested (and not yet complete) for function to automatically control the temperature.
